The only way to reduce the number of pets that must be destroyed is to reduce the number of litters born. The only way to do this is to have our pets neutered. Bide Awhile Animal Shelter is working with our community to eliminate unwarranted euthanasia in Nova Scotia.
Spooks' Memorial Kitty is a fund established to support a comprehensive spay and neuter program, including education, subsidy of spay/neuter costs, and a feral cat program. Funds raised from this memorial tribute will benefit our spay and neuter efforts.
